目的研究小檗胺及喜得镇对实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法用结扎同侧大脑中动脉及颈总动脉的方法,制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。结果小檗胺及喜得镇可缩小大鼠脑缺血24h后皮层梗塞面积、减少脑组织含水量、减少丙二醛(MDA)的产生、增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。且两药半量配伍用明显优于各药全量单用。结论小檗胺及喜得镇对实验性脑缺血具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of berbamine and xidede on experimental cerebral ischemia. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was established by ligating ipsilateral middle cerebral artery and common carotid artery. Results Berbamine and Xide Town can reduce infarct size, decrease water content of brain tissue, decrease MDA content and increase SOD activity after cerebral ischemia 24h. And half dose of two drugs with significantly better than the full amount of each drug alone. Conclusion Berbamine and Xide town have protective effects on experimental cerebral ischemia.
