庄再春是前辈苏剧表演艺术家,至今己有74年艺龄,她是由坐唱“苏滩”演变为舞台上“苏剧”的第一代演员,能演青衣、花衫、花旦、刀马旦、老旦等行当,塑造了50多个艺术形象,连同扮演过的次要角色总共近百个。庄再春几十年如一日,辗转工农兵之中,每年演出数百场,深受观众喜爱。她多次得到华东和江苏省戏曲会演的奖项,还曾得到刘少奇、周恩来、贺龙等国家领导人的赞赏。并且,为苏昆剧团在经济上“以苏养昆”的战略作出过重要贡献。 Zhuang Zaichun is a top performing artist in the Soviet Union and has 74 years of art age.
