一、培训班概述2004年12月2日至24日,位于中国保定的联合国教科文组织国际农村教育研究与培训中心承办了“非洲国家妇女能力建设培训班”,来自非洲21个国家的39名政府高级官员参加了本次培训。这是我国政府面向非洲国家首次举办的妇女能力建设培训班。培训班的全部活动由五部分组成:第一部分主题是中国概况。第二部分主题是性别平等、教育与妇女发展。第三 I.
