目的 研究分析抑郁焦虑状态对老年高血压患者动态血压的影响.方法 108例老年高血压患者,按诊疗后是否存在抑郁焦虑状态为标准将其分为探究组(存在抑郁焦虑状态,62例)与对比组

目的 研究分析抑郁焦虑状态对老年高血压患者动态血压的影响.方法 108例老年高血压患者,按诊疗后是否存在抑郁焦虑状态为标准将其分为探究组(存在抑郁焦虑状态,62例)与对比组(无抑郁焦虑状态,46例).在入院24 h内监测并比较两组患者的动态血压及血压变异性情况.结果 探究组24 h舒张压为(74.38±9.37)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、24 h收缩压为(138.54±15.60)mm Hg,日间舒张压为(77.34±11.68)mm Hg、日间收缩压为(140.91±16.35)mm Hg,夜间舒张压为(72.08±10.33)mm Hg、夜间收缩压为(130.57±12.84)mm Hg;对比组24 h舒张压为(70.37±8.06)mm Hg、24 h收缩压为(125.74±11.64)mm Hg,日间舒张压为(71.88±8.24)mm Hg、日间收缩压为(129.75±12.08)mm Hg,夜间舒张压为(67.94±10.57)mm Hg、夜间收缩压为(122.56±10.35)mm Hg.探究组24 h舒张压、24 h收缩压、日间舒张压、日间收缩压、夜间舒张压、夜间收缩压均高于对比组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 存在抑郁焦虑状态的老年高血压患者对其自身动态血压具有不良影响,故应予以有效排解、消除.
