目的探讨影响全身骨显像的常见技术问题和质量控制因素。方法对本科2002年6月至2009年12月9687例次全身骨显像进行分析。结果通过分析总结出影响全身骨显像质量的因素有:①放射性核素的标记和注射技术;②患者的准备;③图像采集的方法和扫描速度;④图像显示。结论放射性核素的标记不好,直接影响图像质量。患者准备不到位,图像质量欠佳。对部位难以确定可疑病灶,图像采集时需加做局部静态显像或断层显像。合适的对比和灰阶的上下限提供较好的图像。
Objective To investigate the common technical problems and quality control factors affecting whole body bone imaging. Methods The undergraduates from June 2002 to December 2009 9687 cases of total body bone imaging were analyzed. Results Analysis of the factors that affect the quality of the whole body bone imaging are: ① radionuclide labeling and injection techniques; ② patient preparation; ③ image acquisition methods and scanning speed; ④ image display. Conclusions Bad labeling of radionuclides has a direct impact on image quality. Poor patient preparation and poor image quality. Difficult to determine the location of suspicious lesions, the image acquisition need to do when the local static imaging or tomography. The appropriate contrast and grayscale upper and lower limits provide better images.
