10例高脂血症病人口服鱼油20碳5烯酸(2.7g/d)30天,于服药前1天及服药后第30天进行血小板功能、体外血栓形成(包括血栓干、湿长度和重量)及血脂测定。血小板粘附率由服药前的62.8%±3.5%降到37.9%±2.1%。肾上腺诱导血小板聚集由服药前的85.2%±5.7%下降至23%±8.1%。体外血栓形成的长度和重量由服药前的8.54cm±4.9cm、141.2mg±38.2mg降至2.5cm±1.2cm,57.1mg±11.7mg;血浆胆固醇水平服药后也有下降。这些结果提示20碳5烯酸是治疗和预防高脂血症及冠心病、血栓形成性疾病有希望的药物。

These results suggest that 20 carbon 5 acid is a promising drug for the treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease and thrombotic diseases.
