探讨整合蛋白α5β1和纤连蛋白(FN)表达与肝细胞癌(HCC)生物学行为间的关系。应用免疫组化及图象分析技术对40例HCC组织作整合蛋白α5β1和FN定位及定量分析。结果:高分化HCC组织整合蛋白α5β1和FN表达与正常及癌旁组织相近,而中、低分化HCC中两者均明显减弱或消失;肿瘤浸润包膜处两种蛋白表达减少,但血管内癌栓外侧缘癌细胞整合蛋白α5β1和FN表达较强,并与相应血管内皮的强表达相映。结论:整合蛋白α5β1和FN表达的变化可能与HCC分化、浸润及转移关系密切。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of integrin α5β1 and fibronectin (FN) and the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to locate and quantify the integrin α5β1 and FN in 40 HCC tissues. RESULTS: The expression of integrin α5β1 and FN in well-differentiated HCC tissue was similar to that in normal and adjacent tissues, but both of the moderately and poorly differentiated HCC were significantly weakened or disappeared; the expression of the two proteins in the tumor infiltrating envelope decreased, but the intravascular cancer The expression of integrin α5β1 and FN in the lateral margin of the thrombus was strong and matched with the strong expression of the corresponding vascular endothelium. Conclusion: The changes of integrin α5β1 and FN expression may be closely related to the differentiation, infiltration and metastasis of HCC.
