舞台技师与舞美技师都是舞台幕后的技术人员,这两者工作都具有很高的艺术含量和现代科技含量,舞台技师与舞美技师是相互对立、相互竞争、相互统一和相互铺助的关系,他们在舞台工作时都会因达到同一个舞台目标而一起并肩作战。舞台技师与舞美技师都有各自的工作技能和特点,但舞台技师在舞台相关工作中处于主体地位,舞台技师的实际操作过程,都体现出一个合格的舞台技师积极性和主观能动性发挥。为了解舞台技师与舞美技师的关系,本文作者根据自己对舞台技师及舞美技师的了解,对舞台技师与舞美设计师的关系和特点做了简要分析。
Both stage technicians and dance artists are technicians behind the scenes, both of which have a high artistic content and modern science and technology. Stage technicians and dance artists are antagonistic, competing, mutually unifying and mutual assistance. When working on the stage, they all work together to achieve the same stage goal. Stage technicians and dance artists have their own work skills and characteristics, but the stage technician in the stage-related work in the main position, the actual operation of stage technicians, all reflect the enthusiasm of a qualified stage technician and subjective initiative play. In order to understand the relationship between stage technicians and dance artists, the author made a brief analysis of the relationship and characteristics of stage technicians and stage designers according to their own understanding of stage technicians and dance artists.
