我们用角膜内皮显微镜对１４例（２６眼）近视患者角膜内皮细胞的观察，发现高度近视角膜内皮细胞密度及细胞形态有所影响；而中轻度近视则影响不大，因此对高度近视眼长期戴接触镜、角膜放射状切开术及作为供体眼球应与注意。
