As early as before the discovery of HBsAg to recognize viral hepatitis patients sometimes appear other organ system abnormalities. However, these non-hepatic complications have been rare in the past, and most cases are not due to viral infection. This article reviews the extrahepatic systemic manifestations of a large number of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. (A) caused by a circulating immune complex (CIC) containing HBsAg and anti-HBs; (b) those caused by non-immune complexes. The term “immune complex disease” refers to a pathological condition in which circulating antigen-antibody complexes cause damage to blood vessels and tissues. Most of the immune complex syndrome in the human body is accompanied by vasculitis, arthritis and glomerulonephritis, while the liver itself is not affected. As we all know, all kinds
