三阴性乳腺癌是指临床上雌激素受体、孕激素受体及人表皮生长因子受体2均呈现阴性的特殊类型乳腺癌,相对于其他类型乳腺癌具有较高的恶性程度和转移复发率。目前为止,针对三阴性乳腺癌仍然缺少有效的治疗手段。传统的治疗方案缺少特异性,往往导致严重的不良反应。随着纳米技术的进步,越来越多的纳米分子材料应用到三阴性乳腺癌的治疗中,显著提高治疗效果并有效降低不良反应。本文综述了近几年来纳米制剂用于三阴性乳腺癌的治疗研究进展。

So far, there is still no effective treatment for triple-negative breast cancer. The lack of specificity of traditional therapies, often leading to serious adverse reactions. With the progress of nanotechnology, more and more nano-molecular materials applied to the treatment of triple negative breast cancer, significantly improve the therapeutic effect and effectively reduce the adverse reactions. This review summarizes the progress in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer in recent years.
