患男,57岁,以左眼闭合无力、口角右斜1月余伴右眼睑下垂6d于1994年5月18日入神经内科,因发现血糖高于1994年5月30日转内分泌科。患者4月中旬先出现在眼闭合无力,口角右斜,左侧口角讲话时漏气,饮水时外流,进食时易滞留于面颊与齿龈之间。当地医院按“面神经炎”给予针灸及中药汤剂等未见好转。4周后又出现右上睑下垂伴复视、眶内疼痛,复视持续5d后自行消失。病前无发热、头痛、耳鸣、耳内疼痛等。既往无高血压及头面部外伤史、近10年来饮食量增加,夜尿1～2次。

Local hospital according to “facial neuritis” given acupuncture and herbal decoction and so on did not improve. 4 weeks after the right upper eyelid ptosis with diplopia, orbital pain, diplopia continued to disappear after 5d. Pre-sick fever, headache, tinnitus, ear pain and so on. No previous history of hypertension and head and face trauma, the past 10 years increased diet, nocturia 1 or 2 times.
