我局城中桥报刊零售亭,自1981年以来,先后实行了三种零售经营方式。1985年以前为自办,1985年到1986年为委办,今年3月起改为本局职工经营承包。三种不同经营方式,带来三种不同的经营成果。自办时,1984年全年报刊零售额为15254元,扣除税金及各项开支后,企业纯收入只有1651元。1985年实行家属承包(委办),1985年全年报刊零售额为31100元,比1984年翻了一番,企业纯收入为2256元,只比上年增长36.6%,大部分肥水外流了。今年3月份起,我们中止委办,将这个报刊亭交给本局职工,实行经营承包责任制。经过二个月的实践,取得较好的成果,预计全年报刊零售额可达4万元,企业可得纯收入5100元。三者相比较,万元零售额带给企业的纯利润,自办为1082元,委办为651元,实行经营承包为1275元。
