随着全媒体时代的到来,新闻变得多样化、复杂化,这使得新闻工作的发展更具有挑战性,同时也对新闻工作者有了更高的要求,需要记者拥有批判性思维。全媒体记者具备突破传媒界限的思维和能力,需要适应媒体岗位。全媒体报道形式的出现,极大地影响了报纸的整体报道效果。由于媒体的发展,让人们觉得记者门槛变得越来越低,本文通过分析,阐述了全媒体记者存在的问题、全媒体记者的能力要求以及如何培养全媒体记者。
With the advent of the all-media era, the news has become diversified and complicated. This has made the development of journalism more challenging. At the same time, journalists have higher requirements and journalists need to have critical thinking. All-media journalists have the thinking and ability to break through the limits of the media and need to adapt to media positions. The emergence of all-media coverage has greatly affected the overall reporting effectiveness of the newspaper.
