实践科学发展观,“节能降耗”是医院实现可持续发展的保证,也是医院管理的重点。重点是要建立一套可行的管理体系和相应的机制.有了体系和机制的保证,才能创建环保节能型医院,为医院创造出更好的经济效益和社会效益。我院结合医院实际情况,制订了节能降耗管理体系和相应的机制,并切实保障制度的落实。确立科学合理的节能目标并层层分解,制订节能计划,分层次、分步、分阶段实施计划。
Practice the scientific concept of development, “energy saving ” is to ensure the hospital to achieve sustainable development, but also the focus of hospital management. The key point is to establish a viable management system and corresponding mechanism.With the assurance of system and mechanism, we can create an environment-friendly and energy-saving hospital and create better economic and social benefits for the hospital. Our hospital combined with the actual situation of the hospital, formulated energy saving management system and the corresponding mechanism, and effectively safeguard the implementation of the system. Establish a scientific and rational energy-saving goals and layers of decomposition, the development of energy-saving plan, hierarchical, step by step, phased implementation plan.
