目的分析老年静脉血栓症的有效治疗方法及效果。方法随机选择2015年1月—2016年12月在该院接受治疗的老年静脉血栓症患者60例参与研究,随机平均分成两组,对照组利用中药制剂血塞通治疗,观察组选择中药制剂血塞通与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率76.67%;观察组治疗后静脉血栓消融率为60.00%,对照组静脉血栓消融率26.67%。结论联合用药方案治疗老年静脉血栓患者的效果要优于单—用药,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effective treatment and effect of senile venous thrombosis. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with venous thrombosis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Xuesaitong. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine preparation Seton and gingko Damo injection combined treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group. The rate of venous thrombosis was 60.00% in the observation group and 26.67% in the control group. Conclusion The effect of combination regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with venous thrombosis is superior to that of single-drug therapy, which is worth promoting.
