目的分析下肢深静脉血栓彩色超声影像特征。方法随机选择2013年11月—2017年1月在该院接受治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者60例参与研究,全部患者均接受彩色超声检查,分析彩色超声影像结果。结果彩色超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确率为88.33%;患侧血管腔直径明显高于健侧,血流速度明显慢于健侧。结论彩色超声用于检查下肢深静脉血栓能够实时了解血栓情况,不会形成创伤,能够重复进行,准确性高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the color ultrasonographic features of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. Methods Sixty patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity treated in our hospital from November 2013 to January 2017 were selected randomly. All patients underwent color ultrasound examination and color ultrasound imaging results were analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasonography for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity was 88.33%. The diameter of ipsilateral blood vessel was significantly higher than that of healthy side, and the velocity of blood flow was significantly slower than that of healthy side. Conclusion The use of color sonography to detect deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities can understand the thrombosis in real time without trauma and can be repeated with high accuracy and worthy of popularization.
