人事档案对企业来说有着重要的作用,直接关系到人事对企业员工的考察和管理。但是现在人事档案收集和鉴别工作还存在着很多问题,档案的真实性不能得到保障,缺漏现象严重。确保收集与鉴别工作的准确性,才能反映出员工的综合素质,所以,对人事档案材料收集与鉴别工作中存在的问题及建议进行研究具有重要意义。
Personnel files for the enterprise has an important role, is directly related to personnel inspection and management of enterprise employees. However, there are still many problems in the collection and identification of personnel files, the authenticity of the files can not be guaranteed, and the gaps and omissions are serious. Ensuring the accuracy of collection and identification can reflect the overall quality of employees. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems and suggestions in the collection and identification of personnel files.
