邓小平同志南巡讲话之后,我国的私营经济出现了一个繁荣发展的局面。但是在私营经济的发展中也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。去年笔者协同中央组织的“私营经济研究课题组”,就此进行了调查。 一、私营经济发展中存在的主要问题 近几年来,私营经济的发展势头总的来说是好的。但在前进过程中,由于种种原因,出现了一些不容忽视的问题。主要表现有: (一)管理混乱,税收流失严重 从调查来看,私营企业注册的多,交税的少。1992年底河 After Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour speech, China’s private economy has seen a prosperous development.
