石油中微量砷的测定,现用的Ag-DDC比色法灵敏度较低。用阳极溶出伏安法测砷具有仪器简单、测定灵敏度高的特点。本工作采用玻璃碳预镀金膜作工作电极,石油样品经湿法消解后,用Cu_2Cl_2将As(V)还原为As(Ⅲ),以AsCl_3形式蒸馏与杂质分离,用阳极溶出伏安法测定。经改进镀金条件,玻璃碳电极镀金一次可连续使用一个月以上。方法较为快速,单个油样测定时间为2.5~4小时。
Determination of trace arsenic in oil, the current sensitivity of the Ag-DDC colorimetric method is low. Determination of arsenic by anodic stripping voltammetry with a simple instrument, the determination of high sensitivity characteristics. In this work, a glassy carbon pre-plated gold film was used as the working electrode. After wet digestion of petroleum samples, As (V) was reduced to As (Ⅲ) by Cu_2Cl_2, separated from the impurities by AsCl_3 distillation and determined by anodic stripping voltammetry. Improved gold-plated conditions, glassy carbon electrode can be used continuously for more than a month. The method is faster, single oil determination time is 2.5 to 4 hours.
