从湖北羊踯躅(Rhododendron molle G.Don)的果实八厘麻中分离得到八厘麻毒素,有显著降低血压和减慢心率的作用,临床用于治疗重症高血压取得了良好的疗效。八厘麻毒素经理化试验鉴定为与日本杜鹃素Ⅲ(RhodojaponinⅢ)一致的化合物。
Eight marijupes were isolated from the fruit of Hetao (Rhododendron molle G.Don) in Hubei, which has a significant effect of lowering blood pressure and slowing down heart rate. It has been used clinically to treat severe hypertension. The mariidate management assay was identified as a compound consistent with Rhodojaponin III in Japan.
