Based on the latest reference and INTERNET network query, this paper presents the latest research results and future trends of ultrasonic motors or piezoelectric actuators in China’s science and technology. Among them, cutting-edge fields that can attract the interest of researchers include: miniaturization of ultrasonic motors; piezoelectric actuators with multiple degrees of freedom; piezoelectric actuators with novel structures; vibratory experimental tests of ultrasonic motors; high-resolution piezoelectric Drive; life of ultrasonic motor; dynamic model of ultrasonic motor and so on.
