应用放射配基受体结合法,观察补阳还五汤体内或体外给药对家兔血液中血小板活化因子(PAF)受体活性的影响。结果表明:补阳还五汤体内给药(Ig,qd×7)可提高家免洗涤血小板PAF受体与放射配基的特异结合量,其作用与银杏叶提取物相似,高于空白组;体外给药可明显抑制家兔洗涤血小板PAF受体与放射配基的特异结合,其特异结合抑制率与银杏苦内脂B相似,且有一定的量效关系。提示:补阳还五汤对家兔体内PAF受体数量和体外家兔PAF受体活性有一定影响。
Radioligand receptor binding assay was used to observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the activity of platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor in rabbit blood in vivo or in vitro. The results showed that the in vivo administration of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (Ig, qd × 7) could increase the specific binding of PAF receptor and radioligand from home-washed platelets, and its effect was similar to that of Ginkgo biloba extract, which was higher than that of blank group. In vitro administration can significantly inhibit the specific binding of PAF receptors and radioligands in washed platelets of rabbits. The specific binding inhibition rate is similar to that of ginkgo-bilobalide B, and has a certain dose-effect relationship. Tip: Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a certain effect on the number of PAF receptors in rabbits and the activity of PAF receptors in rabbits in vitro.
