The purpose of this article is to investigate the status of drug use by rural doctors in pediatric outpatient clinics of 40 children’s system management village clinics in Putian county, analyze and explore the current irrational reasons and preventive measures for pediatric drug use by rural doctors, and prevent harm caused by improper use of drugs to children. Provide reference for health administrative departments to formulate rural health care work plans. I. Materials and Methods: The author worked with the township health center’s child protection and health care personnel, and went deep into the 40 children’s system management villages in the coastal, plain, and mountainous areas of Putian County. Randomly selected all rural doctors (69) from the surveyed villages. A total of 6,900 prescriptions for pediatric outpatient services have been used as analytical materials. Using the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as a standard, reference is made to articles relating to dosages and compatibility of medicines for children.
