全省农协会员及全省农民兄弟们:「清明」已到,春耕紧迫。为了影响毛主席「增加生产,厉行节约,以支持中国人民志愿军」的伟大号召,为了实现省人民政府农业增产计划,提高单位面积产量,保证我省粮食生产达到战前水平的要求,在全省广大农村中,立即普遍的开展一个轰轰烈烈的春耕生产运勤,已成为目前压倒一切的中心任务。这一运动,是全省开展爱国增产运动的主要内容,也是我们全省广大农民在土改翻身之后的第二个翻身运动。因此,这一运动的成败,是和我们能不能改善生活、增强国防力量、打好迎接工业建设的基础所不可分的。
