伴随着基础教育课程改革的实施,小学数学教学有了新的教学平台。也给广大教师带来教育观念、教学策略、教学方式、教学方法和教学手段等一系列变革,新课程倡导一种课程共进的文化,需要教师重新认识自己的角色。特别是数学课,教师不再是一种只知“教书”的匠人,而是拥有正确教育观念,懂得反思技术,善于合作的探索者。新课程要求教师做好角色的转换。新课程标准最大的特色就是学生的全员参与、全程参与。不仅包括指定学习的计划和学习的目标,还包括让学生亲临教学的每一个环节。因此教师应由管理者变成组织者,由实施者变成开发者,由传授者变成参与者,由主导者变成引导者。
