目的:探析米非司酮加米索前列醇联合中药汤剂治疗药物流产的临床疗效。方法:选取本院妇产科2009年12月～2010年10月期间收治的进行药物流产患者69例作为观察组,另取同期住院的药物流产患者69例作为对照组。两组患者均无流产禁忌,药物流产均采用相同服药剂量与方法。观察组在药流后第3天开始服用中药治疗,对照组应用催产素。结果:观察组患者药物流产后阴道出血时间、出血量以及月经恢复时间等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗早孕药物流产,可有效减少阴道出血,缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量,有效促进患者的身心恢复,适于临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone plus misoprostol combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of medical abortion. Methods: 69 cases of medical abortion treated in our department from December 2009 to October 2010 were selected as the observation group. Another 69 cases of medical abortion were enrolled as the control group. Two groups of patients were abortion taboo, abortion are using the same medication dose and method. The observation group began to take traditional Chinese medicine on the third day after drug abortion, while the control group used oxytocin. Results: The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume and menstruation recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of early pregnancy abortion, can effectively reduce vaginal bleeding, shorten the vaginal bleeding time, reduce bleeding, effectively promote the physical and psychological recovery of patients, suitable for clinical promotion.
