白血病在诱导化疗期并发血糖增高多为暂时性。持续增高者,迄今国内共报告11例。最近我们遇到两例。王某,男,47岁。1986年9月以慢粒急变缓解后复发再次住院联合化疗。于入院后63天发现血糖增高(156—288mg),尿糖阳性(微量—++),尿酮(±)。无三多症状,左上腹有压痛。未用过门冬酰胺酶。发现糖尿病前服强的松1550mg,静脉滴注地塞米松60mg,治疗无效,以肺部感染病故。姚某,女,28岁,初治病例。1986年10月经骨髓检查诊断急淋L_2型。于入院后60天 Leukemia in the induction chemotherapy complicated by increased blood sugar mostly temporary.
