预制装配是建筑工业化、产业化、产品化语境下重要的行业发展趋势,而建筑的多样性需求与工业标准化生产之间的矛盾是制约其发展的主要瓶颈。本文通过制造业与建筑业的交叉类比,将批量定制的概念与原则引入预制建筑的设计研究范畴,并从可拓展的模块策略、可持续的复合系统、信息化的建造管理3个层面进行讨论,结合美国KT事务所近期的建筑实践案例进行分析,以期为预制建筑的发展提供新的思路。
Prefabricated assembly is an important trend in the industrialization, industrialization and production of buildings. The contradiction between the diversity of construction and the standardized industrial production is the main bottleneck restricting its development. This article introduces the concepts and principles of batch customization into the design and research of prefabricated buildings through the cross-analogy of manufacturing and construction, and discusses them from three aspects: extensible module strategy, sustainable composite system and informatization construction management , Combined with the recent cases of KT firm architectural practice analysis, with a view to providing new ideas for the development of prefabricated buildings.
