分析了聚合醇的作用机理,评价了聚合醇类防塌水基钻井液性能。当温度高于一定界限值时,聚合醇分子链束在钻屑表面、钻具、套管和井壁上附着,形成一层憎水性膜,抑制钻屑分散,提高井壁稳定性。室内实验结果表明,聚合醇钻井液具有良好的抑制性和润滑性,无毒,无荧光,配伍性好。在牛88井的应用结果表明,该钻井液体系井眼净化效果好,机械速度高,钻井周期短,井下复杂情况少。
The mechanism of action of polymerized alcohol was analyzed, and the performance of polymeric alcohol tar-slush-resistant drilling fluid was evaluated. When the temperature is higher than a certain threshold, the polymer chain bundles are attached to the surface of drill cuttings, drilling tools, casing and borehole wall to form a hydrophobic film, which can inhibit the distribution of drill cuttings and improve the stability of the borehole wall. Laboratory experiments show that the polymer alcohol drilling fluid has good inhibition and lubricity, non-toxic, non-fluorescent, good compatibility. The results of the application in Niu-88 show that the drilling fluid has good wellbore purifying effect, high mechanical speed, short drilling cycle and less complicated underground conditions.
