为了提高GCr15钢耐磨性,通过对GCr15钢进行ECAE工艺处理后,对比在不同载荷、滑动速度条件下GCr15钢摩擦学性能,通过分析磨损表面形貌来探讨其磨损的机理。研究结果表明,ECAE处理可以显著地降低GCr15钢在摩擦过程中的摩擦系数;经过ECAE处理的GCr15钢与未经处理之前的磨损量在相等的时间段内均降低;退火处理及ECAE工艺处理后的GCr15钢磨损表面的黏着剥落现象比挤压前要轻微。
In order to improve the wear resistance of GCr15 steel, GCr15 steel was treated by ECAE process to compare the tribological properties of GCr15 steel under different load and sliding speed. The wear mechanism of GCr15 steel was discussed by analyzing the wear surface morphology. The results show that the ECAE treatment can significantly reduce the friction coefficient of GCr15 steel in the friction process; GCAE15-treated GCr15 steel and the amount of wear before treatment are reduced in an equal period of time; annealed and ECAE process GCr15 steel wear surface sticking flake than before extrusion to be slightly.
