尾核属于锥体外系统,参与躯体运动的调节。但近来研究指出:尾核尚参与机体的感觉整合作用。而且,刺激尾核头部亦有镇痛和抑制疼痛反应的作用。在我们以往的工作中,曾观察到电针穴位对家兔尾核头部神经元自发放电活动的影响,可表现为激活、抑制或无变化三种类型。本工作进一步观察伤害性刺激对清醒家兔尾核头部自发活动的影响,以及电针能否改变伤害性刺激引起的放电型式。
Caudate nucleus belonging to extrapyramidal system, involved in the regulation of somatic movement. However, recent studies have pointed out: the caudate nucleus is still involved in the body’s sense of integration. Moreover, the stimulation of the caudate nucleus also has analgesic and analgesic effects. In our previous work, we observed the electroacupuncture points on the spontaneous discharge activity of the caudal nucleus of the caudate nucleus, which can be expressed as activation, inhibition or no change in three types. This work further observed the effects of nociceptive stimuli on the spontaneous activity of caudate nucleus of conscious rabbits and whether the electroacupuncture can change the discharge patterns caused by noxious stimuli.
