本文通过12个(抗×感)杂交组合F_1、F_2、回交CF1和基因等位性测交组合F_1、F_2群体对东北大豆花叶病毒2号株系抗性的分析,明确了4个引用抗原的抗性水平及应用价值。鲁豆4和跃进4抗原的抗性为两对具有抑制作用的显性基因控制,抗、感分离比例为13:3;徐豆2和辽81-5017抗原的抗性为两对显性互补基因控制,抗、感分离比例为9:7,但在其杂交后代中易出现大量顶枯株。等位性测验表明:吉林21和跃进4、鲁豆4的抗病基因不在同一座位,并且独立遗传。跃进4和鲁豆4抗原有亲缘关系。
In this paper, we analyzed the resistance of northeastern soybean mosaic virus strain No.2 by F_1, F_2, backcross CF1 and allelic crosses among F_1 and F_2 populations of four crosses Antigen level and application value. The resistance of Ludou 4 and Yuejin 4 antigen was controlled by two pairs of dominant genes with inhibitory effect. The ratio of resistance and susceptibility was 13: 3. The resistance of Xudou 2 and Liao 81-5017 was two pairs of dominant Gene control, resistance, flu separation ratio of 9: 7, but in its hybrid progeny prone to a large number of top dead strain. Allelism test showed that the resistance genes of Jilin 21 and Yuejin 4 and Luding 4 were not located in the same locus and were independently inherited. Yuejin 4 and Luding 4 antigen have a genetic relationship.
