作为一名企业领导干部,自身形象是非常重要的,因为它无时无刻不在发挥着对职工的引导作用。实践使我感到,企业领导的“临场形象”尤为重要。所谓“临场形象”,是指企业领导在生产经营、技术攻关、装置检修、抗洪抢险、廉政建设等各个方面的表现情况。在公众场合,领导的一举一动都被职工看在眼里,这些直观形象就是精神,就是力量,犹如命令,犹如导向,将给职工留下第一印象,职工可以从这些印象中,形成第一形象认识。这种由领导者直观形象带来相应影响及作用的现象,笔者称之为“领导临场形象效应”。要使这种效应得到充分发挥,应注重以下三个方面:

This kind of phenomenon that the leader’s visual image brings about the corresponding influence and effect is called by the author as the “image effect of leadership presence”.
