鼠疫病人都具有发热和触痛性淋巴腺炎。在讨论鼠疫临床表现时,虽然很少被突出提及胃肠道症状,但是我们新近却见到一些以胃肠道症状为主的或仅出现胃肠道症状的鼠疫病人(这些病人均由实验室确诊)。由于这些病例通常很少见,所以本文讨论了三例有助于鉴别诊断的病例。此外,我们调查了来自新墨西哥州1980～1984年这5年间鼠疫病人的病历,以确定以胃肠道症状为主的鼠疫病例。
Plague patients have fever and tender lymphadenitis. In discussing the clinical manifestations of plague, although gastrointestinal symptoms have rarely been mentioned prominently, we have recently seen some plague patients with either gastrointestinal symptoms or with gastrointestinal symptoms only (these patients were all experimentally Room diagnosed). Since these cases are usually rare, this article discusses three cases that contribute to the differential diagnosis. In addition, we investigated the case histories of plague patients from New Mexico during the five years between 1980 and 1984 to identify plague-based cases of gastrointestinal symptoms.
