由经济管理出版社出版的陈国恒著《经济运行机制改革研究》一书,对社会主义市场经济运行机制问题做了系统研究提出了自己的见解,是迄今全面系统地研究经济运行机制改革的一部佳作。其主要内容有: 1.对经济机制及其改革的新见解。作者认为,经济体制包括所有制结构和形式、经济管理体制及与之相适应的经济运行机制,三者不可分割地构成经济体制整体,其核心是经济运行机制。经济机制是经济机体的各构成要素的有机结合,互相联结、互为因果而形成的自我运行机能和系统。作者把经济机制理解为经济体制的自我运行“机能”,而不是有些学者所理解的“功能”,这种见解有其独到之处。
Chen Guoheng, published by Economic Management Press, made a systematic study on the mechanism of socialist market economy and put forward his own opinions on the issue of “Study on the Reform of Economic Operation Mechanism”, which is so far a comprehensive and systematic study of the reform of economic operation mechanism excellent work. Its main contents are: 1. New insights into economic mechanism and its reform. The author believes that the economic system includes the structure and form of ownership, the economic management system and the corresponding economic operation mechanism, which all form the integral part of the economic system. The core of the economic system is the economic operation mechanism. Economic mechanism is the self-running function and system formed by the organic combination of the various elements of the economic body, interconnection and mutual causation. The author understands the economic mechanism as the “function” of the self-operation of the economic system, rather than the “function” as understood by some scholars, which has its own uniqueness.
