当前,胡锦涛总书记关于打造山东半岛蓝色经济区的战略部署,已引起了全省上下的强烈关注,成为当前摆在全省面前的重大机遇与战略任务。本文拟对山东半岛蓝色经济区战略定位与建设思路作出初步的思考。
At present, General Secretary Hu Jintao’s strategic plan for building a blue economic zone in the Shandong Peninsula has aroused strong concern throughout the province and has become a major opportunity and a strategic task now facing the province. This article intends to make a preliminary reflection on the strategic positioning and construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.
