工会在企业中担任重要的任务,是路桥企业的重要组织。工会不仅影响着职工服务,也是保障企业经济效益的关键组织,能够决定路桥企业的持续发展。目前,路桥形势不断发展变化,路桥企业工会必须不断适应形势的发展变化,寻求与路桥企业工会相适应的工作方式,充分发挥工会在路桥企业中的重要作用,促进企业的发展与创新,加强企业的市场竞争力。本文笔者结合实际工作经验及工会的发展现状,对工会在路桥企业中的作用以及当前形势下存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性措施,为企业的可持续发展提供帮助。
Trade unions in the enterprise as an important task, is an important organization of road and bridge enterprises. At present, the situation of road and bridge is constantly changing. The trade unions of road and bridge enterprises must constantly adapt themselves to the development and changes in the situation, seek ways of working in line with the trade unions of road and bridge enterprises, give full play to the important role of trade unions in road and bridge enterprises, promote the development and innovation of enterprises, Market competitiveness. In this paper, the author combines the actual work experience and the development of trade unions, the role of trade unions in Luqiao enterprises and the current situation of the problems analyzed and put forward targeted measures to help the sustainable development of enterprises.
