目的探讨乌司他丁对应激性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法雄性Wistar大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为对照组与乌司他丁预处理组。以冷冻束缚法建立应激性溃疡模型 ,分别测定血浆和胃粘膜组织丙二醛及血浆肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)含量 ,并行胃粘膜病理检查。结果乌司他丁预处理可显著减少胃粘膜溃疡指数 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低血浆和胃粘膜组织中丙二醛含量及血浆TNF α水平 (P<0 .0 5和 P <0 .0 1)。结论乌司他丁对冷冻束缚引起的应激性胃粘膜损伤有保护作用 ,其机制可能是通过清除自由基和抑制炎性细胞因子来实现的。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of ulinastatin on gastric mucosal injury and its mechanism. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and ulinastatin pretreatment group. The model of stress ulcer was established by freezing restraint method. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and plasma tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) in plasma and gastric mucosa tissues were determined respectively, and the pathological examination of gastric mucosa was performed. Results Ulinastatin pretreatment significantly reduced gastric mucosal ulcer index (P <0.05 compared with the control group), decreased MDA content and plasma TNFα level in plasma and gastric mucosa (P <0. 0 5 and P <0. 01). Conclusion Ulinastatin can protect gastric mucosal injury induced by freezing restraint. The mechanism may be through eliminating free radicals and inhibiting inflammatory cytokines.
