中国钢结构协会(CSCS) 第一届理事会第二次会议,于1986年8月5日至9日在北京召开。参加会议的代表共105名,他们来自全国各地的冶金、机械、铁道、交通、石油、化工、城建等部门有关科研、设计、院校、生产、制造、施工等单位。会上,周传典会长作了工作报告,总结和评价了协会成立两年来在健全组织、加强协会建设,参加低合金钢社会调查、应用技术政策蓝皮书的编写,出版协会会刊《钢结构》等方面的工作;提出了今后一个时期协会工作的五点建议,并希望协会在经济体制改革中、在节约钢材工作
The second meeting of the first council of the China Steel Construction Association (CSCS) was held in Beijing from August 5th to 9th, 1986. A total of 105 representatives attended the conference. They were from departments of the metallurgical, mechanical, railway, transportation, petroleum, chemical, and urban construction departments across the country involved in scientific research, design, colleges, production, manufacturing, and construction. At the meeting, Zhou Chuandian made a work report and summarized and evaluated the establishment of the association in the past two years to improve the organization, strengthen the construction of the association, participate in the preparation of a blue paper for low-alloy steel social surveys and application technology policies, publish the association’s journal “steel structure”, etc. On the work of the party; put forward five suggestions for the work of the association during the next period; and hope that the association will work on saving steel during the reform of the economic system.
