在下水道管理中,先进的技术需要有可靠的降雨预报方法,以满足城市水文工作者的要求。在使用者(巴黎一个郊区县的遥控小组)的密切配合下准确地确定了预报的具体要求。所推荐的预报方法,是根据近来发展的图形辨认法和影像处理法等先进技术。其用户定义的水文特征集中在小时空范围内的暴雨和其预报精度等方面。已计算了实际预报精度,并且以实时方式发布,与早期的预报方法相比,从水文角度上(?)水方法(?)。不过,恰当的质量标准,总是取决于实际应用情况,该方法正在进一步研究,自1988年5月以来,该方法一直在运行中。
In sewer management, advanced technologies require reliable rainfall forecasting methods to meet the requirements of urban hydrologists. In close cooperation with the user, a remote control team in a suburb of Paris, the precise requirements for forecasting were accurately determined. The recommended prediction method is based on the recent development of the image recognition and image processing methods and other advanced technologies. Its user-defined hydrological features are concentrated in heavy rainfall over the small hour-space and its forecast accuracy. The actual forecast accuracy has been calculated and published in real time, compared to earlier forecast methods (?) From a hydrological approach (?). However, the appropriate quality standards are always dependent on the actual application and the method is under further study and has been in operation since May 1988.
