目的观察正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形的临床效果。方法选择牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者140例,A1观察组70例,采用的治疗方法为正畸与修复联合治疗的方法;A2对照组70例,采用的治疗方法为正畸治疗的方法;对两组牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者临床治疗满意度以及治疗总有效率实施观察。结果 A1组总有效率为98.57%,A2组为64.29%,A1组高于A2组;A1组牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者治疗满意度为98.57%,A2组为67.14%,A1组高于A2组。结论临床选择正畸与修复联合治疗的方法针对牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者进行治疗,可以将单一治疗表现出的局限性有效消除,获得更好的修复效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined orthodontic and repair on dentition defect combined with dento-mandibular deformity. Methods 140 patients with dentition defect combined with dento-mandibular deformity were selected, and 70 patients in A1 observation group were treated by orthodontic treatment combined with repair. A2 control group (70 cases) was treated by orthodontic treatment. Satisfaction of clinical treatment and total effective rate were observed in two groups of dentition defect combined with dental malformation. Results The total effective rate in group A1 was 98.57%, in group A2 was 64.29%, in group A1 was higher than in group A2; in group A1, the satisfaction rate was 98.57% in dentition defect combined with dentition deformity, 67.14% in group A2, Group A2 Conclusion The clinical treatment of orthodontic and repair combined with orthodontic treatment for patients with dentition defect combined with dento-mandibular deformity can effectively eliminate the limitations of the single treatment, to obtain a better repair effect.
