测定了不同直径的45钢试样被粘表面破坏后的显微硬度分布状况,结果表明,在试验中被粘表面发生了明显的塑性变形,产生了加工硬化现象,建议对重复使用的钢论作进行热处理以消除加工硬化对强度测度误差的影响。
The microhardness distribution of 45 steel specimens with different diameters after being damaged by the adhered surface was measured. The results showed that the plasticized surface was obviously plastically deformed during the test, which resulted in the work hardening phenomenon.
