一位具有末稍紫绀及杵状指的16岁女性,于12岁时有用力后气短,数年前出现口唇周围及未稍的紫绀,无心血管的家族史。除去口周及指端紫绀伴杵状指外,心肺体检正常无杂音或其他音响。心电图正常。实验
A 16-year-old female with a slight cyanosis and clubbing pointed her shortness of breath at 12 years of age. A few years ago there were cyanotic and non-cardiovascular family history around her lips.
