漳州劳动保障部门依靠劳动力市场,实行政策扶持,因地制宜地积极扩大再就业,取得可喜的效果。该市坚持从实际出发,紧紧依靠劳动力市场开拓就业渠道,全市建立起县级劳动力市场11个,公共职业介绍机构12个,各街道办事处、乡、镇设立了劳务站113个,并在漳州市劳动力市场、芗城区劳动力市场、平和县劳动力市场、漳浦县劳动力市场建立了先进的职业介绍信息网络系统,以及在全市共兴办各类劳服企业和网点331家,市劳动力市场坚持每月定期在《闽南日报》、漳州有线电视台和劳动力中心市场的电子公告栏上发布用工信息,对安置下岗失业人员起到了积极的作用。为了扩大就业,市劳动保障局和市工商、地税、建设、卫生五个部门转发了省劳动保障厅《关于发展社区非正规劳动组织的通知》,对社区非正规劳动组织给予税费减免等优惠政策。通过街道
