2001年11月9日,黑龙江省教育厅召开新闻发布会,首次公布了黑龙江省今年普通高校毕业生一次就业率(截止到7月10日)状况。2001年黑龙江省普通高校(含电大普通班、高职等)共有毕业生37776人。其中,研究生2551人,本科生21298人,专科生13927人。毕业研究生就业率为95%,本科生为81.8%,专科生为49.5%,哈工大、哈工程大学、哈理工大学、哈医大、大庆石油学院等高校毕业生一次就业率继续保持在90%左右。总体来说,2001年毕业生一次就业率高于去年,高层次、热门专业的毕业生仍供不应求。个别院校就业率增长幅度较大,如八一农垦大学、省政法干部管理学院
November 9, 2001, Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education held a news conference, the first time this year, the average employment rate of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province (as of July 10) status. In 2001, a total of 37,776 graduates were enrolled in regular higher education institutions in Heilongjiang Province (including general education classes and vocational colleges).
