作为一个新兴的工业城市.东莞市有着数量众多的各类企业和数量巨大的打工者,如何做好企业的劳动管理和外来工的管理工作,不但是关系到东莞社会经济发展的大事,更是关系到千百万外来工切身利益的大事,意义十分重大。在行风政风建设活动中,东莞市劳动局努力贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想,立足于为人民服务,扎实推进,取得了阶段性的成果。开门评议8月初,笔者参加了由东莞市劳动局召开的“东莞市港资企业劳动工作座谈会”,邀请在东莞投资的港资企业座谈,听取他们对市劳动局、市局各部门及和劳动分局的意见。由东莞市外商投资企业协会牵头,三十多家有代表性的港资企业代表参加了座谈会。
