当前,伴随着我国国民素质教育的普及和快速发展,艺术教育也不再是贵族、精英教育,更多的大专高职院校开设了艺术类专业,艺术类教育开始走进普通大众的视野。随着社会经济的发展和国民素质水平的提高,艺术类高职院校的教学管理改革创新已成为一种必然的发展趋势。文章通过对当前艺术类高职院校的教学管理存在的问题,提出构建“走出去”的开放式教学管理,提倡实践教学与竞赛项目相结合;提升教学管理理念,改革教育教学方法,确保艺术类高职院校实现夹缝中生存,使学生做到学有所得。
At present, along with the popularization and rapid development of national quality education in our country, art education is no longer a nobility or elite education. More higher vocational colleges have opened art major, and art education begins to enter the general public’s field of vision. With the socio-economic development and the improvement of the quality of the people, the teaching management reform and innovation of the art higher vocational colleges have become an inevitable trend of development. Through the existing problems of teaching management in art colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the open teaching management of constructing “going out”, advocating the combination of practice teaching and competition projects, improving teaching management philosophy, reforming education and teaching methods, Ensuring the survival of the higher vocational colleges in the art and making students earn something.
