“模拟联合国”与《国际法》课堂的结合对法学专业学生素养的培育有着重要作用,教师按照联合国会议的真实程序和规则为学生设计国际法课程的学习内容,不仅能够促进学生分析问题思路的多样化发展、加强学习中多种技能的综合运用——包括信息搜集和分析、语言能力提升和时间管理能力增加等,更是打破了大家对国际法课程传统的刻板和枯燥的印象,突出了其鲜明的实践性特征,使学生高度参与该课程,并通过这种外向型的学习方式成为具有国际视野、通晓国际规则,能够参与国际法律事务和维护国家利益的涉外法律人才。
