山东省中小学生肥胖流行趋势及体质评价

[目的]分析1995、2005年山东省中小学生肥胖流行趋势,对肥胖儿童的体质状况进行综合评价,为制定综合干预措施提供依据。[方法]按照《中国学生超重、肥胖BMI筛查标准》进行肥胖筛检,参照《中国学生体质综合评价方法及标准》对肥胖儿童体质进行综合评价。[结果]1995~2005年的10年间,山东省7~18岁城市男生肥胖率由5.28%上升到14.48%,城市女生由3.22%上升到6.81%,乡村男生由0.56%上升到7.09%,乡村女生由0.22%上升到4.72%。肥胖学生的体质较差,肥胖男生体质在中等以上者仅占4.51%,中等以下者占64.98%;肥胖女生体质在中等以上者仅占7.29%,中等以下者占47.57%。[结论]山东省儿童少年肥胖率快速增长,成为严重的公共卫生问题,肥胖儿童体质较差,应采取综合措施,加强体能训练。 [Objective] To analyze the prevalence of obesity in primary and middle school students in Shandong Province in 1995 and 2005, and to make a comprehensive evaluation of the physical condition of obese children and provide basis for formulating comprehensive intervention measures. [Methods] Obesity screening was conducted according to “Chinese Students Overweight and Obesity BMI Screening Criteria”. The physical fitness of obese children was evaluated comprehensively according to the “Chinese Students Physique Comprehensive Evaluation Methods and Criteria”. [Results] The obesity rate of boys aged 7-18 in Shandong province increased from 5.28% to 14.48% in 10 years from 1995 to 2005, from 3.22% to 6.81% in urban areas, from 0.56% to 7.09% in rural areas, Girls increased from 0.22% to 4.72%. Obese students have poorer physique, only obese men have more than 4.51% of middle school students and 64.98% of middle school students with obesity. Only over 7.29% of middle school students have obesity, and 47.57% of middle school students have obesity. [Conclusion] The obesity rate of children and adolescents in Shandong Province increased rapidly and became a serious public health problem. The obese children had poor physical fitness and should take comprehensive measures to enhance their physical training.
